The Pipeline Infrastructure project supported a high-pressure transportation network connecting production facilities, gathering stations, and downstream processing hubs. ODS Oil and Gas LLP provided engineering coordination, constructability review, integrity planning, and commissioning support.
The route crossed varied terrain and required close alignment between pipeline hydraulics, compressor station design, land access, environmental controls, and long-term inspection requirements. ODS helped the client turn these constraints into a staged delivery plan.
ODS coordinated engineering and field-readiness activities across routing, materials, welding quality, hydrotesting, SCADA integration, and future integrity management.
The execution plan was organised into controlled workstreams so engineering, HSE, procurement, commissioning, and operations readiness moved together instead of becoming disconnected site activities.
ODS worked with the client pipeline team, EPC contractor, inspection agencies, and operations representatives to keep field work aligned with the future operating model. The collaboration reduced rework and gave commissioning teams clear acceptance criteria.
The network moved into commissioning with complete technical dossiers, verified pressure test records, and a practical integrity management plan. The client gained a transportation asset designed for safe throughput growth, maintainability, and disciplined operating control.
